Notification Template Groups allow you to define notification behavior at a granular level on a per-account basis for existing Template Classes with the exception of Dunning.

For example, you may need to send certain account communications (email templates that you create) in English, Spanish, or French.

Aria automatically searches for the Notification Template Group to use and applies it based on a specific notification processing sequence.

Once defined, Notification Template Groups may be assigned to customer accounts at the following levels:

Billing Group
Account Level
Functional Account Group Level
Master Plan Level
Client Level
