Assign Notification Template Groups at the Client Level

Overview

Upon creating a Template Group, you can assign it as the default client-level template group on the Notification Template Group screen.

Getting Here: Click Configuration > Notifications > Notification Template Group

1. Select the desired template group from the list. Selecting an existing template record displays the template details below the list.
2. To assign the template as the default client-level template group, click the box next to Make this the default template.
3. Click Save when finished.

The template group is now assigned as the default client-level Notification Template Group.
