Discounts and Coupons

The content in this section provides information on coupons, discounts, promotions, and discount bundles in Aria. 

A discount bundle allows you to include a set of discount rules in a coupon along with additional guidelines that determine the interaction between the discount rules. In a discount bundle, you can specify whether the discount rules in the bundle should overlap. You can also indicate the order in which the discount rules should be applied to charges on an invoice. 

A discount rule allows you to specify a fixed-amount or percentage-based credit to apply to a customer’s invoice and any combination of plans and/or services, and/or inventory items to which the credit applies. You can include one or more discount rules in a coupon. By default, the discount rules in a coupon will overlap. Refer to View a Discount Rule to learn how to view discount rules.
