This document lists the functionality currently available in the Aria Customer Care Portal. 

Quick Search

The Customer Care Portal enables you to search your Aria instance, filtering by different fields or identifiers. This Quick Search displays at the top of the CCP home page. The list below comprises fields you can currently filter on.

Stats Bar

The Aria Customer Care Portal displays a stats bar toward the top of the Account Overview screen. The following statistics are available for display on the Display Bar.

Account Details

The Aria Customer Care Portal displays many of the most important details of an account on the Account Overview screen.

Payment Methods

You can view an account's Payment Methods in the Payment Methods tab of the Account Overview screen. You can currently perform the following actions from that tab.

You can make a payment for an account by clicking the Make Payment button on the Account Overview or Payment Methods tab. You can currently perform the following related actions.
