Notifications

Notifications let you configure the templates and template groups Aria Allegro uses to alert your customers when a credit profile threshold or credit limit is breached. See Resources: Credit Profile Resources for how Aria Allegro evaluates thresholds and triggers notifications.

Notification Templates

A notification template defines the content and delivery channel for a single notification scenario, such as a currency credit limit breach or an allowance threshold breach. Aria Allegro provides four notification templates for credit profile alerts, synced from core Aria using the following template codes:

Third Party Usage Accumulator Threshold Reached (TPPACR) Notify account holder that a configured accumulator threshold has been reached, including resource name, balance, and threshold value. The notification is sent when create_acct_message_m API is called.
Third Party Usage Allowance Threshold Reached (TPPALR) Notify account holder that a configured allowance threshold has been reached, including resource name, remaining balance, balance used, and threshold value. The notification is sent when create_acct_message_m API is called.
Third Party Usage Prepaid Credit Exhausted (TPPPCE ) Notify account holder that their prepaid credit balance has been exhausted and a top-up is required, including minimum top-up amount, currency, and date/time. The notification is sent when create_acct_message_m API is called.
Third Party Usage Prepaid Credit Top-Up Applied (TPPPCA) Notify account holder that their top-up has been successfully applied, confirming top-up amount, currency, date/time, and current credit balance. The notification is sent when create_acct_message_m API is called.

Notification template content and replacement attributes are managed in core Aria and synced to Aria Allegro with each release. You cannot edit notification template content directly in Aria Allegro.
