Allegro Configurations
This section presents the various configurable components of Aria Allegro.

Overview

This section covers the user guide for Allegro Configurations.

To access Allegro configurations in Allegro UI:

  1. Click on the Usage switch (Usage/Account toggle switch) in the navigation pane.
  2. Click on the Configurations menu option in the navigation panel. This will expand the submenu for Configurations which includes:
    • Resources
    • Building Blocks
    • Models
    • System Properties
    • Miscellaneous for future use

Configurations

  • Resources
    This article explains how to define and manage Allegro resources—currencies, non-currency allowances, and accumulators—that are required before they can be used in your monetization models.
  • Building Blocks
    This article explains the core Allegro configuration building blocks you must set up in Aria—service types, billable services, usage types, multi-rate usage types, and units of measure—before they can be used in monetization models.
  • Models
    This article explains how to define and manage Allegro models—Rate Units, Rate Unit Maps, Time Units, and Zone Units—that determine how usage records are quantified and classified for monetization.
  • Aggregate Monetized Usage
    The article explains how the Aggregate Monetized Usage configuration controls the way monetized usage transactions from Aria Allegro are mapped and synchronized to Aria Core for invoicing and statement generation, using the bulk_record_usage_m API.
  • System Properties
    This article explains how Allegro System Properties let you configure global defaults per Allegro instance across areas like UI behavior, building blocks, mediation, usage processing, accounts, subscriptions, scheduling, and virtual time.
