Define Plan Relationships

Overview

Assigning Plan relationships creates a link between a (parent) Master Plan and (child) Supplemental Plans.

A Master Plan can be:

  • The parent of one or multiple Supplemental Plans (child Plans).
  • A standalone Plan that does not contain any Supplemental Plans.

A Supplemental Plan can be:

  • The child of a Master Plan.
  • The parent of another Supplemental Plan.
  • The child of another Supplemental Plan.
