Overview

The Account Updater sends cardholder data to Visa and MasterCard for validation, then update your customer profiles with new credit card numbers, new expiration dates, canceled cards, and other information that has changed.

The Account Updater is offered by the following payment gateways:

Adyen
Chase Paymentech
Stripe
Worldpay (formerly Vantiv/Litle)
Worldline

Aria's Account Updater batch job runs daily to verify card information for those accounts that will be invoiced 10 days (for Chase) or 8 days (for Vantiv-Litle) from the current date. Aria then uses any updated card information to collect the payment when it is due.
