Refunds

Select an account from the side navigation menu upon accessing the Customer Care Portal (CCP).

Navigate to Transactions > Refunds from the side navigation menu. Here you can view a list of refunds made to the current account. Select the dropdown arrow to the left of a refund (highlighted below) to expand the line item details of the invoice the refund is applied to.

Click the vertical ellipsis shown below to select a Cozy or Compact column view on the Refunds page.

Click the icon to view recent account activity. You can also make a payment.
