Dunning Groups
Note: The following terms commonly used in Aria Billing are now associated with new CCP terminology as shown in the following table.

Dunning Groups
Select Subscriptions > Dunning Groups from the side navigation menu. This page contains any dunning groups the current account uses on subscriptions. Hover over the Name or Description field to view more details.
Selecting a dunning group from the Name column will open the Edit Dunning Group drawer where you can edit an existing dunning group's details. Remember to press the Save button to ensure your changes are saved and applied.
Select the Create Dunning Group button in the top right corner to create a new dunning group for the account. The Create Dunning Group drawer will open. Fill out the appropriate information for your new dunning group, then select the Save button.
