All Service Rates
Note: The following terms commonly used in Aria Billing are now associated with new CCP terminology as shown in the following table.

Service Rates and Tiers
Select the Subscriptions > All Service Rate page from the side navigation menu. This page contains a list of the current account's subscriptions with details about the services attached to this subscription.
Select a Subscription or Add-On from the list populated on the left side of the screen. Details about the Services associated with that subscription will load in the data table on the right side of the screen.
Click the View Details button next to the expanded subscription name heading to open a full list of the subscription's services and their existing rate tiers.
Add Custom Rates
After selecting the View Details button, click Add Custom Rates to add Rate Tiers, apply Application Scope, or to Apply Proration to the subscription.
Editing Service Rates
You can also edit the Service Rates for an Add-On service directly by selecting the row actions icon ⋯ within a service line to Edit a Service within the subscription.
Note: The Service Rates table’s editable rows now allow “0” as a valid Rate Per Unit for tiers. Additionally, keyboard shortcut functionality has been enabled allowing you to use standard operations such as Ctrl+A (select all) and Ctrl+V (paste) within the Rate Per Unit input field.
The Rate Tiers drawer will open, allowing you to create or edit service rate tiers your selected service.
When you have completed editing the service(s), press Save to ensure the updates you have made to the service(s) are retained.
Note: CCP supports rate management for Queued Subscriptions and Add-Ons.
