Account Groups
Account Groups
Select Account > Account Groups from the side navigation menu.
Collections
The Collections sub-tab is automatically displayed, which shows a list of the different Collection Account Groups for the current account. Collection Account Groups allow you to specify that financial transactions conducted with specific groups of accounts are completed with a specific payment gateway or combination of payment gateways and merchant accounts.
Click on an entry in the Processor column to view the Payment Methods for the selected processor.
To change the account's collection group, select the radio button next the group desired then click the Change Account Groups button in the lower right side of the page.
Functional
Select the Account > Account Groups > Functional sub-tab to view a list of the Functional Account Groups for the current account. Functional Account Groups enable you to categorize your customers based on some common element such as geography, product, or channel.
To change the account's functional group, select the radio button next the group desired then click the Change Account Groups button in the lower right side of the page.
