Child Accounts

Child Accounts  

To view a list of the current Account's Child Accounts, navigate to the Accounts > Child Accounts page from the side navigation menu. This page shows a list of Accounts within the current Account's hierarchy in a table format. This table of Child Accounts can be sorted by User ID, Account No, Status, Parent ID, or Responsibility Level.

  1. You can hover over the Account No to view who created the child account.
  2. You can also hover over the Parent ID to view the name associated with the Parent ID number.
  3. Select the horizontal ellipsis ⋯ to update the child account, unassign the child account, or to view the selected child account's parent account.
    • The Update action from the horizontal ellipsis ⋯ menu permits you to easily view and edit child account details.

      From here you can change billing responsibilities for subscriptions within the child account. Expand the subscription you wish to edit, then make your changes. Select the Update Child Account button to save your edits. Any billing responsibility updates will be instantly reflected on the main Child Accounts page after saving the changes.
