Slash Commands
Overview
Aria Billie's Slash Menu allows users to access commands or options by typing a forward slash (/). This displays list of available actions you can deploy within Billie to service customers in various ways.
- Navigate Slash Commands with Keyboard—You can navigate the list of slash commands using your keyboard up and down arrows to select commands without using your mouse.
- Prepopulate Account Number or Client Account ID—When you are on an account in CCP (not on Home Page) and use a Slash "/" command that uses "Account No." or "Client Account ID", Billie prepopulates the account number into the prompt. Use the [tab] key to accept the Account No. into the prompt.
- Recall Last n Commands Issued—With the cursor in the prompt box, you can use your keyboard up and down arrows to recall previous actions you executed. This number is configurable. The default is three, and can be configured for a maximum of 10 actions recalled.

Billie supports the slash (/) commands listed below. Commands listed with an item in [square brackets] require the additional data indicated in those brackets for the command to work. Along side of each slash command are one or more natural language equivalents to achieve the same result.
