Capabilities

This section highlights some of the key capabilities of Aria Billie, which are broken down into skills that Billie can perform and some of the elements within the Conversational UI.

Aria Billie Skill Types

Billie’s skills fall into 3 types

  1. A skill to respond to a question related to Aria Billing Data (R2Q)
  2. A skill to perform a task in Aria Billing Cloud (ATABC)
  3. A skill to perform a task in a 3rd Party Application (Intergration required) (AT3PA)

These skills will be expanded over future releases.

Respond to Questions

  • Summarize account
  • Summarize last bill
  • Compare last bills (2)
  • Compare any 2 bills
  • How much has the bill increased / decreased?
  • How is this bill calculated?
  • What changes have occurred on this account (time period)
  • Client Account ID's are supported as alternate to Aria Account No.
  • Compare last 2 invoices
  • Compare any 2 invoices
  • Estimate next bill
  • What pending invoices need approving for this account?
  • Summarize account subscriptions
  • When is the next payment due?

Perform Actions in Aria Billing Cloud

  • Go to <Account Number>
  • Go to <Client Account Id)
  • Go to Parent Account
  • Issue a cash credit (permissions based)
  • Approve pending invoice

Additional Conversational UI Features

Aria Billie uses an open conversational UI that allows you at ask and phrase questions in your own style. To supplement this freedom, many of the common questions and tasks are available via the slash menu. 

  • /go_to_account [Account No.]
  • /go_to_account [Client Account Id]
  • /compare_last_2_bills (renamed was compare_2mos )
  • /summarize_account
  • /new_conversation
  • /compare_last_2_invoices [Account No.]
  • /compare_last_2_invoices [Client Account No.]

Feedback

These Icons that appear after a response allow you to provide simple Feedback (Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down) from within the CUI.

Note: In a future release you will be able to also provide a textual response with your feedback.

Conversation Summary

Selecting this button performs a Conversation Summary and adds that as an Account Comment. (Note: in a later release you will be able to edit this summary before saving the comment.)

Timeouts

Aria Billie CUI has two timeouts built into it. 

  • The first is a "response timeout" that prevents the rare occurrences when the LLM does not respond within two minutes. 
  • The second is a UI timeout when Billie CUI is left open: Billie CUI closes after five minutes of inactivity.
