You can configure a plan level coupon/promotion on the Plan Configure modal. When you click the Validate button and if validation is unsuccessful, then the display message “Coupon is Invalid” or ”Coupon Expired” messages appear below the input field.

When configuring a plan level coupon/promotion on the plan Configure modal and clicking the Validate button and validation is successful, the coupon information is displayed in tabular form.

When you want to configure plan level coupon/promotion on the plan Configure modal, they are presented with a confirmation box in the All Plans screen when clicking the button to remove a plan (a message appears that removing a plan will also remove any “child” plans associated with it).

Use the Plan Configure modal to configure plan responsibility. If the parent account is not yet saved to Aria, the Parent Account lookup with the Parent Name is populated. By default, Billing Responsibility is set as ‘Standard Self-Pay’ or populated with the saved selection. The Parent Plan Name dropdown is shown only if any one of the two options of parent pay are selected in the Billing Responsibility drop-down list. You need to specify which parent plan name.

You can select an account for billing responsibility from a radio button at the Parent Account Modal (from the Parent Account field on the Configure modal and click Save; the selected account is then updated as the Parent Account on the Configure modal.

When the Parent Account lookup is updated by the Account Modal, the Billing Responsibility drop-down list is displayed. By default, Billing Responsibility is set as Standard Self-Pay. To be consistent with the Aria Core UI, other options are: Parent Pay with Child Usage Rules and Parent Pay with Parent Usage Rules.

When clicking the blue assign plans link at the Add/Edit a Termed Agreement screen, the Edit Rollover Plan and Edit Rollover Rate dialogs are pre-populated with any existing plan(s) or rate schedule(s) so when selecting the Rollover to a plan and/or rate schedule End Action, the existing plans and rate schedules are displayed.

When rolling over from an existing plan to a new plan within Salesforce Lightning, you can select the rate schedule for the new plan. If no new rate schedule applies, the default rate schedule will be used. You can also roll over to a new rate schedule in the existing plan. In addition, when rolling over from an existing plan to a new plan and the new plan has a different billing cycle (including proration), the billing cycle will be updated in accordance with the new plan.

Select the Edit rollover plan action from an existing SPI on the contract at the Add/Edit a Termed Agreement dialog. The list of available SPIs at the Edit Rollover Plan dialog depend on whether the MPI will rollover to a new MPI or not. If the MPI will rollover to a new MPI, then any available SPI to rollover to will be included in the list of SPIs under the new MPI.
