Flexible Refund File Generation with TXT/XML Support (WFAMPS-6102)

A configurable parameter has been adeed that enables refund file generation in either the existing TXT format or a new ISO20022-compliant XML format for bank processing. Additionally, supporting improvements for file archival, SFTP upload, reporting, and secure storage have also been added.

Optimization of Invoice XML File Generation (WFAMPS-6160)

The size of invoice XML files has been reduced by allowing optional sections (CompanyInfo, CompanyAddressDetails, CompanyContactDetails) to be controlled hierarchically, cutting unnecessary XML data and improving processing efficiency.

Optimization of Dunning Invoice XML File Generation (WFAMPS-6252)

Extends the same hierarchical control of optional sections (CompanyInfo, CompanyAddressDetails, CompanyContactDetails) to dunning invoice XML files, reducing file size and improving processing efficiency.

Additional Refund Generated During 954 Event Processing (WFAMPS-5887)

Corrected the payment-application and refund-recalculation logic during 954 event processing to stop duplicate refunds from being issued when accounts with multiple MPIs had payments applied across different MPIs.

Error Handling for Term-Based Campaigns with Termination (WFAMPS-6236)

Fixed the handling of queued changes so that both future and immediate term-based campaign orders involving termination scenarios now process successfully.

Archive Date Validation for AMPS File Archive (WFAMPS-6235)

Corrected the scheduled archival job so it only archives records with an archive date earlier than today, ignoring the time component, rather than incorrectly picking up records dated for the current day.

Improved Cache Refresh Logic for Inactive Plans (WFAMPS-5911)

Updated the cache refresh process to retain inactive product payloads in the ProductDetails table, fixing an inconsistency where these payloads were previously removed, causing mismatches between Aria Core and AMPS.

Support for "+" Character in Client Plan IDs (WFAMPS-5917)

Implemented URL encoding to correctly handle the "+" character in Client Plan IDs, resolving product backup failures caused by improper processing of these IDs.

Mobile Phone Search Issue (WFAMPS-6201)

Updated the search logic on the CIM UI to properly include phone number lookups, fixing an issue where searching by mobile phone number returned no results despite correctly linked accounts.

AMPS Event Plan Type Overwrite Issue (WFAMPS-6099)

Corrected the event handling logic to preserve accurate plan type information, resolving an issue where AMPS events overwrote plan type data due to missing or incorrect Plan Instance details.

Complaint Eligibility Fix for Combo Plan Moved to Digital (WFAMPS-6024)

Updated the logic to evaluate the correct historical plan based on the complaint date, fixing failed eligibility checks for subscriptions that moved from Combo to Digital when the complaint date belonged to the Combo period.

Missing Use of 'DelEndDate' in Response to DelayLookUps (WFAMPS-6237)

Updated the DimapsGetDelayInfo schema to include the DelEndDate field, which was missing from legacy BEM flows, making it available for complaint code validation and display in CIM's delay history list.

Validation of Title Codes During Refund Processing (WFAMPS-6172)

Added validation to ensure only valid title codes can be stored during payment, fixing refund record failures during ERP file generation caused by unvalidated title codes from the PaymManagePayment API, and corrected affected production records.

Validation of characters used when adding/updating complaints (WFAMPS-6181)

New validation was added to the CompComplaintHeadline and CompComplaintDesc fields to allow the "@" and "?" characters, while keeping validation consistent across the fields.

Change of max char in AFLO-text (from 30 to 60) (WFAMPS-6169)

The maximum character length for the AFLO text field was increased from 30 to 60.

Investigate: Preserve Search Results & Support "Open in New Tab" in CIM UI (WFAMPS-6157)

Improvements were added to CIM search so that search results persist when users open a customer account and return via the browser Back button, and results can also be opened in a new tab via right-click without losing the original search context.

Investigation: OCR-numbers searchable in CIM UI (WFAMPS-6092)

OCR numbers can now be searched within the CIM UI, with matching accounts searchable and displayed on the interface.

Messages on SSP when there is a deviation in the delivery (WFAMPS-6054)

Copy updates were made based on codes/details provided by the business, so that the SSP My Pages address section now displays the correct text when there is a delivery deviation.

BEM reports slowness of CIM (WFAMPS-6161)

The issue causing CIM slowness due to the user service has been fixed.

Space is now accepted without requiring a following character on the Headline and Message to Distribution Manager fields in the add and edit complaint flows.

BEM - (HF) White screen observed on CIM UI Dimaps look up API is returning 401 response (WFAMPS-6177)

A CIM UI issue was causing a white screen during the create subscription and create account flows when the DIMAPS lookup API returned a 401 error; the fix ensures address lookups return valid responses and prevents UI failures.

(BB-228) CIM to add exception in code for specific payment origins while picking (WFAMPS-6191)

A white screen issue was fixed in CIM related to an exception in the fixed paymentAuditRef structure, since payment origins like ARIA-GATEWAY, API, and BALANCE-TRANSFER return a different format; exception handling has now been added.

Hardcoded values of DI credentials in Stampen SSP (Internal) (WFAMPS-6162)

As highlighted by the Ops team, DI credentials were hardcoded and needed to be pulled dynamically from a config file based on the environment (Dev/UAT/Prod).

SSP: Additional restrictions for editable customer fields on "My Pages" (WFAMPS-6158)

The telephone number field on My Pages was updated to display as a formatted phone number.

The "Tvinga adress" (Force Address) button worked when adding a new subscription but did not enable the Next button when changing an address on an active subscription; it now behaves consistently in both flows.
