Enable Management of Unbilled Usage Balances

Overview

Aria allows you to specify unbilled usage balance thresholds that will trigger email messages to your customers and event notifications to your systems. In addition, you have the ability to reset your customers' unbilled usage balances. Specifying unbilled usage balance thresholds only affects email messages and event notifications. Actual balances owed by customers for accrued usage will not be affected.

Enabling the Manage Unbilled Usage Balances setting allows Aria to track the currency amounts of your customers' month-to-date and billing-period-to-date unbilled usage balances. This article provides steps to enable the Manage Unbilled Usage Balances client setting.

Enabling Unbilled Usage Balances

Getting Here: Click Configuration;> Billing;>Invoice Settings

  1. Click Manage Unbilled Usage Balances.
  1. Set the Value to "True".
