Enable Rated/Unbilled Usage Security Module for Users

Overview

You can enable the Rated/Unbilled Usage security module when configuring the security of your Aria instance to allow users to view customers’ unbilled usage balances and unapplied service credit balances, and to specify the thresholds that will trigger email messages to customers and event notifications to your system(s).

Enabling Rated/Unbilled Usage

Getting Here: Click Configuration > Security > Account Access

  1. Click Usage.

Note: You may need to go to the next page of settings to see Usage.

  1. Select Level Required to specify the minimum user role that should have access to the Usage History module.
