Cache Inspector
Cache Inspector lets you view the current cached configuration data that the Aria Allegro rating engine uses, so you can confirm that cached data matches what you configured in the UI. Use Cache Inspector to troubleshoot rating behavior that does not match your expected configuration without waiting for a new deployment or cache refresh.
Access Cache Inspector
- Click the Usage toggle in the navigation pane.
- Expand Operations in the left navigation menu.
- Click Cache Inspector.
View cached configuration data
Cache Inspector organizes cached data by object type. Select an object type to view its current cached record, including nested substructures. For price offers, the cached record includes the full object: flat pricing, recurring pricing, composite model, transaction attribute-based, usage attribute-based, and customer attribute-based components, along with tiers, price, accumulator, and allowance structures.
- In Cache Inspector, select the object type you want to inspect.
- Locate the specific object by its ID or search criteria.
- Review the cached record. Compare it against the corresponding configuration screen to confirm the cache reflects your current setup.
