Account Activity
This section covers account activities, which are also detailed under Usage Operations and Aria Sync in other documents. The difference is that here, activities relate to a specific account. Therefore, this section is lighter.
Access Account Activity
Subscription view displays detailed information at all levels. To access account subscriptions,
- Go to the ‘Account Search’ view
- Click the Id Link for the selected account to set the account context.
- To view usage subscription data, click the Activities option in the navigation pane. This opens the Activity pane with related tabs. The first tab, Sync Activity, is the default.

Account Sync Activity
The details on the account sync activity page match those under Usage > Billing Sync Reprocess > Account > Activity. Here, they apply only to the selected account to provide a complete view.
To view Account Sync Activity:
- Refer to Access Account Activity.
- Click Sync Activity to view the account's sync activity data from core Aria.

Account Monetized Usage Summary
The details on the monetized usage summary page match those under Usage > Usage Operations > Usage Data > Monetized Usage summary. Here, they apply only to the selected account to provide a complete view.
To view Account Sync Activity:
- Refer to Access Account Activity.
- Click Monetized usage summary to view the monetized usage summary for the account.
This is shown in the screenshot below:
Account Monetized Usage
The details on the monetized usage page match those under Usage > Usage Operations > Usage Data > Monetized Usage. Here, they apply only to the selected account to provide a complete view.
To view Account Sync Activity:
- Refer to Access Account Activity.
- Click Monetized usage to view the monetized usage records for the account.
This is shown in the screenshot below:
Account Monetized Non-Usage
The details on the monetized non-usage summary page match those under Usage > Usage Operations > Usage Data > Monetized Usage summary. Here, they apply only to the selected account to provide a complete view.
Monetized non-usage records are the activation and recurring records created for the allowance and/or accumulator impacts.
To view Account Monetized non-usage:
- Refer to Access Account Activity.
- Click Monetized non-usage to view the monetized non-usage data for the account.
This is shown in the screenshot below:
Account Billing Aggregated Usage
The details on the billing aggregated usage page match those under Usage > Usage Operations > Usage Data > Billing Aggregated usage. Here, they apply only to the selected account to provide a complete view.
Billing aggregated usage is the log of all the monetized and (optionally) aggregated usage records that are sent to core Aria for Invoicing and Statement generation.
To view Billing aggregated usage:
- Refer to Access Account Activity.
- Click Billing Aggregated usage to view the monetized non-usage data for the account.
