The configuration setting Rebill Sequence Append Option allows you to specify whether rebills have a prefix or suffix added to the system-generated rebill number. Aria Customer Support must set up the value of this string, and you can work with them to set the length of the sequence ID and its initial value (from which it will count up). This sequence ID is maintained at the client level only.
Note: The setting for Rebill Sequence Number Source must be "CLIENT" to utilize this feature. You must open a Customer Support ticket to request this client parameter be changed.
