Once a role has been created, you can assign the role to a user. The role determines what the user can see and access in the Aria interface. If you assign multiple roles to a user, that user will have the same access rights in the system as the role with the most access rights.
Assign a User to a Role
Getting Here: Click Configuration > Security > Users > Select a user
- Click the Role(s) on the left you want to add.
- The role appears in the box on the right.
- Click Save. The role(s) is assigned to the user.
