Contract Settings

Overview

You can manage your contract settings to have a better billing workflow by following the steps below.

Note: You can find additional contract settings at Configuration > Notifications > Notification Settings or Configuration > Notifications > Invoice Settings. View a complete list of Aria-instance-level contract parameters.

Managing Contract Settings

Getting Here: Click Configuration > Billing > Contracts Settings.

  1. Click on a Contract Setting to edit.

  1. In the Value field for each of the three Pending Contract Expiry Notify settings, enter a number of days that should pass before the expiry notice is sent.
  2. Click Save.
  3. For the contract settings that require a True or False entry, from the Value dropdown, select True or False as needed.

  1. Click Save.
