Have a Conversation with Billie
To Start or Continue a conversation with Billie, select the button at the top right of the Aria Customer Care Portal window.
A drawer with the Conversational UI will slide out as shown below. To exit the Conversation UI either close the Draw or use the 'Esc' Key.
- Click the "i" icon to view tips for initiating a conversation.
- You can begin typing your question or request, or use the slash menu by typing "/".
- Select an item from the slash menu. In this example, "/go_to_account [Account No.]" is selected. You can specify an account number:
Billie loads the specified account in the background. You can then ask questions about that account, like "Compare the current and previous bills." Billie provides the comparison in a textual response:
Billie gives you the option to view the data in a tabular format and select Open table (1) to show the summary view and turn on the Detailed view (2) to show the detailed view:
Use the Close Table button to stop showing the table.
Interactions and Conversations
Here is an illustration of a simple Billie use case highlighting the difference between an interaction and a conversation. In this conversation, the user asks Billie to summarize the account (an interaction), then to compare the last 2 bills for the account (another interaction).
