Have a Conversation with Billie

To Start or Continue a conversation with Billie, select the button at the top right of the Aria Customer Care Portal window.

A drawer with the Conversational UI will slide out as shown below. To exit the Conversation UI either close the Draw or use the 'Esc' Key.

  1. Click the "i" icon to view tips for initiating a conversation.

  2. You can begin typing your question or request, or use the slash menu by typing "/".

  3. Select an item from the slash menu. In this example, "/go_to_account [Account No.]" is selected. You can specify an account number:

Billie loads the specified account in the background. You can then ask questions about that account, like "Compare the current and previous bills." Billie provides the comparison in a textual response:

Billie gives you the option to view the data in a tabular format and select Open table (1) to show the summary view and turn on the Detailed view (2) to show the detailed view:

Use the Close Table button to stop showing the table.

Interactions and Conversations

Here is an illustration of a simple Billie use case highlighting the difference between an interaction and a conversation. In this conversation, the user asks Billie to summarize the account (an interaction), then to compare the last 2 bills for the account (another interaction).
