Statements
A statement is a collection of transactions for a given period that provides an overview of charges and payments on an account. Statements are automatically generated after invoices are processed each billing cycle and can also be generated on demand to view charges and account balance for a specific time period.
- Enable XML Statements
- You enable XML statements in Aria by selecting an option in the notification settings. This setting controls how Aria generates and delivers XML statement documents to customers.
- Generate a Statement
- You can generate a statement for a Master Plan Instance with unpaid current-period charges. You can also send the statement automatically to the billing group's statement contact.
- Preview the Next Statement
- You can preview a Master Plan Instance's next statement to see simulated future charges. This preview shows estimated values before the actual statement generates.
- Specify a Statement Template for an Account
- You can override the default statement template Aria uses for an account. You can also choose whether Aria sends the statement document to the account's statement contact.
