This section describes how to add a user, create and assign user roles, and customize access to Aria based on the user's role.

Each page listed in the navigation pane of Aria can be hidden or exposed and individual parameters of each page can turned off or on. This is controlled by the Customer Service Representative (CSR) level and is configured in Account Access.

If a new module is enabled in Aria, role access must be updated for the module to appear in the navigation pane for users. Once enabled, the module displays on the Create a Role screen and Edit a Role screens to be configured.

A role specifies the permissions to Aria sections, the CSR level, and the access to Dashboards. After a role is created, a user can then be assigned to it. This supports customization of a user's access to the Aria interface based on the user's role.
