Copy Configuration

Copy Configuration
Aria's Copy Configuration feature allows you to export the configuration of an Aria Billing Cloud instance, then import it to another Aria instance. You might use this to export configuration data from a test environment, then import it to a production environment.

In a Nutshell

  1. Export a Configuration from an Aria instance.
  2. Import a Configuration to an Aria instance from the one you exported from. Be sure to note the file name of the export, client number, and authorization key from the Export site.

Note: Copy Configuration does not export all objects and elements of the system. Please refer to Copy Configuration Overview for a list of objects Copy Configuration exports, and refer to Copy Configuration Best Practices for a list of objects that are not exported. Copy Configuration explicitly omits account data from the export process.
