The get_usage_types_m API lists all usage types configured in your Aria Billing instance.

Values	Description
true	Translated fields will be fetched in all the locales defined.
false	Translation information will not be fetched.

<usage_rating_timing>	As of Release 56, this API call no longer supports specifying usage rating timing. You can only specify usage rating timing via the client parameter Automatically Rate Un-rated Usage Records at Load Time or when configuring a usage-based service on a plan.
