View Details of a Specific Usage File

  1. Navigate using “To view Usage Master Data” to see configured source platforms.
  2. Use search filters and pagination to locate your file.
  3. Click the Maximize button (right arrow icon) on the file to expand stages and statistics. The three processing phases are:
    1. Parse and Load—parsing and loading usage files.
    2. Mediation—converting raw usage data into Allegro usage container and applying mediation rules.
    3. Rating—engine applying rating and, in the future, discounting, commissions, and revenue sharing.
  4. Each phase displays these counts for audit and traceability:
    1. Total count—total records for the phase, usually equal to the previous phase's Processed count.
    2. Processed count—count of successfully processed usage records.
    3. Ignored Count—for Mediation phase, records filtered out (not monetized) are marked IGNORED.
    4. Suspended Count—for Rating phase, records that failed processing and can be reprocessed.
    5. Error Count—for Parse and Load and Mediation phases. Errored records appear in the Raw Usage Data report.
      1. Parse and Load errors indicate usage files or records are misplaced, misformatted, or do not match mapping configuration. The Raw Usage Data lists errored records.
      2. Mediation errors suggest incorrect mapping or misconfigured mediation rules.
      3. Usage processing errors have various causes and can be reviewed and reprocessed.
