Usage Data
The Usage Data section lets you upload usage files, track file processing progress, and view usage records at each processing stage. Aria Allegro ingests usage data via files and processes each file through three phases: Parse and Load, Mediation, and Rating.

To view usage master data:

View File Processing Details
Each usage file passes through three processing phases. You can expand any file row to see phase-level counts.
To view details for a specific file:
- Navigate to Usage Master Data as described above.
- Use the search filters and pagination to locate the file.
- Click the Maximize icon (right arrow) on the file row to expand the phase statistics.
The three processing phases are:
- Parse and Load—parses and loads the usage file.
- Mediation—converts raw usage data into the Allegro usage container and applies mediation rules.
- Rating—applies rating to monetize usage records.
Each phase displays the following counts:
- Total Count—total records for the phase, typically equal to the previous phase's Processed count.
- Processed Count—count of successfully processed usage records.
- Ignored Count—records filtered out during Mediation (not monetized) and marked IGNORED.
- Suspended Count—records that failed processing during Rating. You can reprocess suspended records.
- Error Count—records that errored during Parse and Load or Mediation.
- Parse and Load errors indicate misplaced, misformatted, or unmapped files or records.
- Mediation errors indicate incorrect mapping or misconfigured mediation rules.
Filter Usage Master Data
The following filters are available on the Usage Master Data tab:
- Source Platform—select a source platform from the dropdown to filter by exact match.
- File Name—enter a partial or full file name. This is a case-insensitive partial match filter.
- Start Date—enter or select a start date. Returns files processed on or after this date (inclusive, >= 00:00:00).
- End Date—enter or select an end date. Returns files processed before this date (exclusive, < 00:00:00).
You can sort the results by Source Platform or File Name, ascending or descending. By default, results sort by date/time, most recent first.
