The collective set of Payment Plan LOMs, including Payment Plan, Payment Plan Charge, Payment Plan Schedule, and Payment Plan Installment, have been functionally disabled.
This means that these LOMs are non-subscribable by clients and any client that was previously subscribed has been de-subscribed.
