Usage refers to the amount of usage-based services consumed by a customer. Customers are charged for usage-based services included in a plan based on the usage billing interval that is specified during plan creation.
Usage is typically billed in arrears and is not included on the first invoice, since customers usually do not accrue usage before subscribing to a plan. However, if you load usage records into Aria before the first invoice for a customer is generated, confirm that your usage configurations are set to include usage charges on the first invoice.
