Aria Customized Tier Rates for Accounts
You can apply account-specific customized tiers and tier rates for each usage type using core Aria customized tiers. Aria Allegro monetization models are not part of the catalog or order flow process, so customized rates for Aria Allegro monetization models are not supported for this use case.

The system applies account-specific customized tiers and tier rates for each usage type.
Variants
- Tier quantity reference can span usage types within a master plan instance hierarchy. This applies only to the tier quantity reference; each usage type retains its own tiers and tier rates.
Setup
- Pre-configure accumulator resources in Aria Allegro for tier configurations. For independent tiers by usage type, set independent accumulators. For shared tiers, set a common accumulator for all usage types. Configure accumulator resources with Accumulate Quantity set to True.
- Set up the plan, plan rate schedule, and plan services in core Aria.
- In Aria Allegro, set the price offer for accumulator-based progressive tier pricing using the accumulators from step 1. Set standard pricing for accounts without customized pricing.
- Manage customized tiers and rates in core Aria using the plan instance add.
- In the subscription view, identify the price unit for which customized tiers and rates apply. If customized tiers appear in Aria Allegro, the rating engine applies the customized tier pricing. If customized tiers are not present, Aria applies the standard tier pricing from the corresponding price offer.
