Pause and Resume Usage Processing
The Pause/Resume Usage Processing page lets you pause and resume usage file processing for one or more source platforms. When a source platform is paused, incoming files are held and not processed. When you resume the platform, held files automatically return to the processing queue.
Access the Usage Processing Status Page
- Click the Usage switch in the navigation pane.
- Click Usage Activity to expand the sub-menu.
- Click Pause/Resume Usage Processing.
The system displays a table of all source platforms configured for your account, showing Name, Service Type, Usage Record Type, and Status.

Use the filter bar to narrow results by Name (free-text) or Service Type (dropdown). Click Search to apply filters or Clear to reset.
Pause a Source Platform
- Navigate to the Usage Processing Status page as described above.
- Click the platform Name link to open the detail drawer.
- Set the Status field to Paused.
- Click Save.
While the platform is paused, incoming files are held and no usage records are processed or rated for that platform.

Resume a Source Platform
- Navigate to the Usage Processing Status page as described above.
- Click the paused platform Name to open the detail drawer.
- Set the Status field to Active.
- Click Save.
All held files return to the processing queue automatically and processing resumes.
Pause or Resume All Source Platforms
To update the processing status for all source platforms simultaneously:
- Navigate to the Usage Processing Status page as described above.
- Click the Pause or Resume All Usage Sources tab.
- Select Active or Paused from the status dropdown. The Save button activates.
- Click Save.
When set to Paused, all source platforms pause and files from all platforms are held. When set back to Active, all held files return to the processing queue and usage processing resumes automatically.
