Prerequisites for Aria Allegro
Before configuring a new deployment or adding a new client to an existing deployment, complete the following prerequisites. A high-level diagram of the prerequisite dependencies is shown below.

Submit a customer support ticket to complete the following for each new client:
- Enable Data Feed—activate the Data Feed to enable incoming message synchronization.
- Enable Section 33—activate Section 33 to enable Advanced Pricing options in Aria Admin UI.
- Update the database for the Allegro base URL—to enable navigation from Aria Admin UI to Aria Allegro UI, update the
adv_usage_pricing_system_base_urlparameter in the database. Obtain the base URL value from the DevOps team. Enter the base URL without the protocol prefix (for example, entersecure.current.stage.ariasystems.net/ui/allegro, nothttps://secure.current.stage.ariasystems.net/ui/allegro). - Configure batch job interdependencies—Aria Billing Cloud and Aria Allegro include batch job interdependencies. When Aria Billing Cloud prepares to run daily batch jobs, it first calls Aria Allegro to execute its job schedule, then waits for that schedule to complete before running its own batch jobs. This ensures all monetized records from Aria Allegro are available before Aria Billing Cloud executes. See Jobs Schedule Management in the Aria Allegro product documentation for details.
