Allegro API Call Interfaces

The following describes how API calls flow to and from Aria Allegro.

Core Aria

Core Aria manages job-schedule interdependencies by making GraphQL API calls to Aria Allegro via the Allegro Core Service. These calls execute the daily job schedule and monitor Aria Allegro job schedule completion. After completion, Aria batch jobs run.

Allegro Sync Service

The Allegro Sync Service makes the bulk_record_usage_m API call in Core Aria to record aggregated monetized usage from Aria Allegro for invoicing and statements.

Allegro UI Service

The Allegro UI Service makes API calls to the Allegro Mediation Service to manage mediation data, and to the Allegro Core Service for all other Allegro data.

Allegro Core Service

The Allegro Core Service exposes Aria Allegro GraphQL APIs for external applications to call. Core Aria and Allegro UI use these APIs for data management.

TM Forum Open API Gateway

The TM Forum Open API Gateway exposes two APIs for Allegro price-plan management via TM Forum Open API. This service does not start on deployment and can be enabled if required for a client. Additional API calls can be added to meet client needs or Open Digital Architecture (ODA) compliance requirements.

API Gateway

The API Gateway handles JSON and SOAP API calls. The first API exposed is equivalent to the bulk_record_usage_m API for Aria Allegro usage data ingestion. Additional APIs will be added in future releases.
