Main Account Screen

Overview

The Main Account screen enables users to view/edit specific account information, change the account's status, and provides access to important account information such as Subscriptions, Subscription Add Ons, Payment Methods, and more.

The Main Account Screen is displayed as shown above.

Main Account Screen Menu Tabs

Menu tabs at the top provide access to important account information including:

a. Subscriptions, Payment Methods, Child Aria Accounts, Contacts, Billing Groups, etc.

Editable fields include:

b. Account
c. Aria Billing Account Number
d. Billing Contact
e. Account Status
 

  1. Click on Open in Aria to view this account in your Aria instance's Customer Care Portal.
  2. Make changes to the Account, Aria Billing Account, and Billing Contact fields as desired and click on Save.

3. Click on Change Account Status.

The Change Account Status popup screen displays as shown above.

  1. Use the Status Code, Days Until Status Change, and Reset Billing Dates dropdown arrows and select your desired settings. Type in Comments. Click on the OK button when finished.

Note: All *fields are required. The new Account status will be reflected on the Main Account Screen.
