Price Changes at the Order Line Item Level
Overview
You can facilitate price changes at the order line item level by accessing a different price list, or by making a price adjustment. Price changes can be made to Master Plans, Supplemental Plans, and to non-bundled Non-Subscription Offerings (NSOs). The following provides instructions for making price changes using these two methods.
Note: You can change the price of a standalone NSO offering during ordering. You cannot change the price of a bundled NSO offering. The price of a bundled NSO offering is controlled entirely by the configuration on the Inventory Items tab of the plan in Aria. If your process requires changing an NSO's base price at the time of the ordering, add the NSO as a standalone item rather than bundling with a Master Plan.
Note: You cannot have the same product offering with the same currency code on more than one price list.
