Creating Product Orders in ServiceNow

Overview

You create and modify orders in the Aria Billing Studio using ServiceNow's Sales and Order Management (SOM) module via it's CSM/FSM Configuable Workspace. Orders are created in support of creating new Aria Billing Accounts, or adding new subscriptions, subsciption add-ons, and/or NSO offerings to existing Aria accounts. Creating and modifying orders enables and supports such features as account hierarchy relationships, billing date and statement formatting options, payment terms and dunning processing options.
