Through the integration of ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM) into the Aria Billing Cloud suite, Organizations gain a single,unified platform for selling products and servicing customers. This "single pane of glass" reduces operational costs, improves efficiency, streamlines customer service workflows, and provides a 360-degree view of the customer account lifecycle. Using Product Catalog and CPQ, businesses can define offerings, pricing, and configurations, while sales representatives can generate quotes, capture orders, and submit them seamlessly for billing. Built-in move, add, change, and disconnect (MACD) capabilities further enable efficient, ongoing account servicing.
