Overview

Command Buttons and Menu Tabs

Users commit system actions via Command buttons. Menu Tabs provide users access to the various system functionality supporting customer care operations.

a. Command Buttons are available in the upper right portion of screens and vary based on menu tab and functionality selected.
b. Menu Tabs to access various information such as Subscriptions, Payment Methods, Child Aria Accounts etc. as shown above, appear just below the command buttons. Sub menu tabs will vary based on the tab and functionality selected.
c. Use the More dropdown to access additional menu options when available on the screen.  

Columnar Sorting and Filtering Records

Users can sort Aria Table Data and filter/search records as desired.

  1. All Aria Table Data can be sorted by clicking on the respective screen's Column Headers. Click again on the Column Header to return to the default sort.
  2. All Aria Table Data can be filtered/searched by clicking on the vertical dots next to the Column Header.
  3. Edit your desired Filters and click on the Apply button to view a select grouping of table records.
  4. Click on Remove Filter to remove the filter/search on the table field.

Editing Column Views

Users can edit the viewable columns of Aria Table Data on screens as desired.

  1. Click on screen's Settings icon.
  2. Click on Edit Columns.

The Edit List popup screen displays as shown above. 

  1. Click on a Column's checkbox to add that column/fields to the screen's Aria Data table. Unclick a Column's checkbox to delete that column from the screen's Aria Data Table.
  2. Click and hold on a Selected Column to move the column's viewing position on the screen's Aria Data Table.
  3. Click on the OK button to save your changes.
  4. Click on the Restore to column defaults button to return to the default system column settings for the screen.
