Overview

Users access Aria Billing Accounts via the Aria Billing Studio workspace in your ServiceNow environment.

  1. From the ServiceNow Main Menu screen, click on the Workspaces menu tab, then click on Aria Billing Studio.

Accessing an Aria Billing Account

  1. From the ServiceNow Home screen, click on the List icon.

  1. From the Aria Billing Accounts Default List, click on the desired Aria Billing Account number.

The selected Aria Billing Account's Detail screen displays as shown above.
