Description
Adds a free-text comment (note) to an account record. Account comments serve as an audit trail and communication log for customer interactions, support tickets, internal notes, and automated process events. Comments are timestamped and associated with the account for future reference. They are commonly used by customer service teams to document call outcomes, by billing operations to explain manual adjustments, or by integrations to record system events. To retrieve existing comments, use get_acct_comments_m.
