get_pmt_uuid_m Sample Call and Response

This example retrieves the universally unique identifier (UUID) that Aria has generated for a credit card payment method on an account, based on the get_pmt_uuid_m method defined in plsql_m_r73.yml.

This example includes every field the method accepts and every field it returns, since this method has a small, fixed set of inputs and outputs rather than a repeatable array.

Sample call

{
  "rest_call": "get_pmt_uuid_m",
  "output_format": "json",
  "client_no": 100848,
  "auth_key": "8cfb51c1c9110f4152c",
  "acct_no": 5017732,
  "payment_method_no": 774221
}

The account is identified by acct_no rather than by its alternative, client_acct_id, and the payment method is identified by payment_method_no, the Aria-assigned sequence number for the payment method, rather than by its alternative, client_payment_method_id.

Sample response

{
  "error_code": 0,
  "error_msg": "OK",
  "uuid": "3F2A9C6E-11B4-4D8A-9E2F-7C5A1B9D0E33"
}

An error_code of zero and an error_msg of "OK" indicate the request completed successfully. The uuid field is the identifier Aria generated for the credit card number behind this payment method; Aria logs this value in masked form. This example omits the error_details field, since it is marked nonpublic in the method definition.
